It’s simple. If your mailing list isn’t clean, you’re wasting your money. Which is why CFS is obsessive about developing superior lists. Before we mail anything anywhere:

1) We ensure that your list is free of duplicates and undeliverables.
  
2) We match all mail against the USPS national database to
    standardize zip, city, state, and street addresses – and
  
3) All first class mail against the NCOA (National Change of Address
    database).
  
4) To streamline delivery, we add delivery point barcodes to each
    piece.
  
5) To save you money, we qualify your list for the largest postal
   discounts – up  to 35%. (What’s more, we’ll present you with the
   Postage Report to prove it.)
