“Did you enjoy the in-flight
movie, Mr. Box?”
Sometimes fulfillment is anything
but traditional. Take the case of our client/partner’s
Sales Manager, arriving in Germany late one Friday night
for a weekend training session having shipped 12 training
packages – for 47 attendees.
The success of the session was in peril.
With all the transatlantic delivery services having
already taken off, CFS packed 35 training packages in
a box, drove it to the airport, bought it a passenger
ticket, and arranged for a courier to pick it up in
Germany.
By the way, the Sales Manager won the business.
